Liz Genders' Drawings
Anne Benedict's Garden
Marilyn Panto's Sculptures

Check this out...............

Liz Genders, from year of '64, had a showing of her botanical paintings at the "Gallery on the Green", 34 Markham Street, Chelsea Green, SW3, during Chelsea Week in May 2003.

From the brochure I managed to extract the following painting, which does not do it justice but the best I could do at the time.
Liz has promised to send me some photographs.

Anne Benedict's Gardening Skills

My name is now Anne Birnhak (nee Benedict).

I have a magnificent garden in Balham which is open to the public as part of the National Garden Scheme Charity, a charity that raises nearly 2 million pounds per year for a variety of worthy causes.

This year 2004, ~Two Western Lane~ will be open on three Sundays: 6th June, 4th July and 8th August from 3-5pm with an entrance fee of £2 per person.

Here is the entry that appears in the "Yellow Book".

"Enchanting circular patio garden (21ft square). Contains almost 1000 flowering plants. Spectacular clematis collection (inventory of 190 named species available). Wooden pergola, thundering waterfall, metal obelisks, chimney and terracotta pots. Containers creatively stacked in tiers to increase the planting space. Featured in The English Garden and Amateur Gardening 2002. No pushchair access. No dogs."
